- Everything on the Website is provided to you without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Please note that some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. Check your local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding the exclusion of implied warranties.

4. International Driver’s License Translation
An international translation of a driver's license is a translation of the national driving permit and cannot be used as a primary document. At all times, the international driver’s license must be presented with a valid original national driving permit. Additional terms include:
- International Driving Authority is not responsible for any violations, revocations, or suspensions of the applicant’s driver’s license and his/her right to use the international translation of his/her driver's license.
- You are obligated to verify requirements for a driver’s license and your rights to use the international translation of your driver's license in countries you plan to visit.
- The regulations and laws are different from continent to continent and from country to country. If you are going to travel and drive overseas, you must first check with the embassy/consulate of the countries you plan to visit and learn about the requirements for a driver’s license, road rules and permits, and auto insurance.
- International Driving Authority is not responsible for providing home country offices that issue international driving permits according to the Convention on Road Traffic; the applicant is responsible for checking government travel websites and, if possible, ordering an international driving permit in their home country at the official organization.
- The fact that a home country does not issue international driving permits does not mean that your driver’s license translations have any official status.

8. Return Policy
Products and services once purchased are non-refundable.
Exceptions
1. IDP Validity
An IDP is generally valid for 1 to 3 years, depending on the issuing country. However, its validity does not override the specific regulations of the country where it is used.
2. Purpose of an IDP
The primary function of an IDP is to facilitate short-term travel, not long-term residency. Each country has its own rules for residents, including regulations for converting foreign driver’s licenses. When a person starts residing in a country and obtains a residence permit, they are usually required to comply with local driving laws. Many countries offer a transition period during which a foreign license (or IDP) can still be used. However, this period varies significantly:
- In the UK, the transition period is 12 months.
- In Australia, it is only 3 months.
- Other countries may have different timelines or specific requirements for different visa types.
3. Changing Regulations
Local driving regulations may also change over time, meaning that rules applicable today may not be the same in the future. It is always the responsibility of the driver to check with local authorities to ensure compliance with the latest requirements.
4. Client Residency Status
We do not track or verify the residency status of our clients, as they may hold multiple residence permits worldwide. Compliance with local regulations is solely their responsibility. For example, if a customer intends to stay in Australia long-term, they should check with the local road authorities to understand their legal requirements for driving.
